Haste Ltd was formed over 25 yrs ago, and now employs engineers & customer care staff throughout the UK, ensuring our services can be deployed nation-wide. Unlike most contractors in this sector, we have adopted a permanent staffing model, a key factor in maintaining the high standards we demand. Our full-time staff include – customer care teams, electricians, gas safe engineers, appliance repair engineers, alarm & cctv engineers, gate & door automation engineers & metering engineers.
Together, we provide 24/7 emergency and planned services to the domestic market as well as the UK’s energy market participants. Delivering electrical and gas engineering services, as well as welfare focused services such as ‘Customer Care Vehicles’ and back-up generation.

I wish to place on record my sincere thanks to Sam, Kyle, Syd and Jason for arriving well on time in order to install new cables for the SSE job in Burrell Street. The team were so professional in carrying out the work and I appreciated the fact that they only carried out the necessary work with my knowledge and our collective agreement. This team of men were very efficient and they left my home very clean. I also appreciated the fact that they wore masks during their time here as I asked them to do so because they were in my B&B.

Welfare for UK Power Networks – Bumpstead
We had a planned power cut and the company sent round a truck with tea, coffee, food!!! And charged my phone as I’d forgotten about this. Kate the lady who come to ask if we needed anything was so helpful and delightful. What a wonderful service. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the coffee and having my phone charged. Brilliant service.

Good afternoon, I am writing to commend the work carried out by your Engineer, Kieran, as detailed below at my property yesterday and today. Obviously we are glad to have lights and TVs working again, but I would say that Kieran’s service went above and beyond the norm. He was tidy, courteous, polite, COVID aware and most of all, extremely competent. Communication was easy and he kept me informed of what was going on and when he would return. To have this carried out, not only in a pandemic but in snow storms and blizzard conditions at that time of night is commendable. He left my house after 8.30pm last night and was going to another customer job. Many other companies would not even permit a call-out in such conditions and at that time of night. Just had the message passed through regards Billy and his recent visit to Withington In Herefordshire.
I would just like to back up the sentiments of our customer regarding Billy.
From the minute he jumped out of his vehicle nothing was too much trouble.
After his preliminary safety checks and paperwork etc Billy was straight into assisting our customers, his professionalism can’t be questioned.
I did have him completely out of any logical order visiting properties, but in an effort to assist our more vulnerable customers, he just cracked on and completed the task in front him efficiently.
After a very busy weekend for the staff from WPD, Billy set out to make this job as easy and trouble free for us as possible.
Please ensure Billy is thanked for his efforts, and he would be very much welcomed back to assist in the future.
