I ensure we give the highest quality of customer care possible, booking appointments, making sure the team are happy and know what they’re doing. Making sure communication is flowing as much as / where possible, keeping on top of KPI’s and making sure that our assets are consistently moving along.
The family vibes are amazing here, we all support and listen to each other and are there for one another when needed.
