Northern Operations Manager
I manage the customer care and operations of 2 departments. I’ve worked for Haste for nearly 14 years on network incidents and submains, each with its own manager and team beneath.
Mainly the people, the family ethos and staff all make for a great workplace, I would be very hard pressed to find a company or job I could be so relaxed with, there are certainly times when the job can be stressful but I feel supported and confident I have back up if I needed
