I look after the electricians, gas engineers, customer care, workshop and buyers to ensure we can get customers back on supply in a timely manner and carry out repairs in a fast efficient way.
Seeing how my team care about our customers and the satisfaction of knowing we have helped customers without power, heating and hot water is so rewarding.
Our customers can see how hard the team work to ensure we prioritise customers without power, heating and hot water. We get some lovely feedback about the team which goes a long way to keep team spirits high.
