Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ)
Haste is committed to the ongoing improvement of our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems, based on the HSG65 Framework.
This has enabled us to secure a range of accreditations. In 2009, Haste was first awarded EN ISO9001, followed by EN ISO45001 & EN ISO14001 in 2018. Our Integrated Management System has also achieved and maintained Lloyds Register NERS accreditation since 2011, Gas Safe since 2010, ELECSA since 2016, and most recently Meter Operation Code of Practice Agreement (MOCOPA) in 2017 and Approved Meter Installer Registration Scheme (AMICOP) in 2018.
We constantly review our systems to ensure all of our activities are carried out with as safe and sustainable an approach as possible. We also believe it’s important to listen to our workforce and incorporate their initiatives to improve our safety, environmental impact and business efficiencies. This covers everything from the responsible and fully traceable disposal of electrical waste to minimising the carbon footprint of our offices, facilities and vehicles. Positive changes to our practice are also agreed within staff consultation meetings – meaning we’re all united in our ongoing SHEQ focus.
