Appliance repair and maintenance
Did you know that approximately 1.4 million tonnes of waste electrical and electronic equipment end up in landfill in the UK every year?*
At Haste, we want to do all we can to reduce this. That’s why we as a company aim to repair at least 80% of all damaged items we collect after a power fault. In this way, we’re helping to reduce our carbon footprint as well as the demand on natural resources.
Our fully equipped workshops are strategically positioned in Loughborough, Leicestershire and Petersfield, Hampshire, so we can provide full UK coverage both north and south. Our fully trained and qualified electronics engineers are experienced in the repair of the vast majority of brown goods, from TVs to audio units to games consoles.
These workshops are our repair hubs, stocking a wide variety of both generic and specific spare parts. This lets us turn around the repair of most items within 72 hours, in order to minimise disruption to our customers.
We’re also ready to help hard-to-reach customers. In the northern regions of Scotland, we’ve turned vans into mobile workshops, giving us the resources to serve every part of the UK. That means nobody gets left behind – one more example of our how customer service is built into everything we do.
