Industrial electrical and gas engineering services
We provide utility and construction companies with specialist electric and gas skills and services. Our experience includes utility supply service cables, rising mains and customer consumer units in both single dwellings and multiple properties.
Electrical installations
We plan, design and wire new installations (first to second fixing), or rewire existing premises in both the commercial and residential sectors. Our service is a comprehensive ‘one stop’ solution, from fitting meter tails onwards.
Commercial property surveys, inspections, testing and certification
We provide professional services for public and commercial properties – consulting, inspecting and advising – complete with all necessary certification.
We can carry out periodic inspections, risk assessments and pro-active maintenance to all electrical and gas installations. We offer flexible solutions, annual contracts for planned work or on-demand call outs.
Landlord services
Haste provide vital services for private and commercial landlords. With years of experience working within the residential property sector, we carry out electrical and gas inspections and repairs efficiently and effectively. Our gas, boiler and electric maintenance and repair service is available either on-demand or as an annual contract.
We can also perform PAT testing and provide Landlord Certificates as required.
Social housing services
Our experienced teams provide professional services for social and affordable housing, including facilities maintenance, specialist electrical installations, fire protection, TV and media installations and appliance repairs.
General building and repair services
We provide a range of building and maintenance that compliments our electrical and gas services. In addition, we undertake property maintenance and repair, decorative services and building refurbishment.
