Warrant Clerk / Administrator
Salary: starting at £20,995
Our Metering and Revenue Protection department are currently looking to recruit a Warrant Administrator with excellent customer service skills, for obtaining warrants via the court to enable us to access properties on behalf of our clients, when all other methods have been exhausted.
The role requires being able to understand both the metering requirements requested by our Electricity and Gas Supplier clients,, and the warrant process as requested by the coursts. It will also involve data entering the Job on to Haste Salesforce CRM system.
A familiarity with metering requirements in domestic and commercial properties and experience within the Utility Supplier, DNO industries may be an advantage.
Our metering department is growing and developing. We offer specialist metering solutions to our clients and candidates must be flexible and able to adapt and work on any of these specialist solutions.
Candidates are currently able to work from home, however you may be required to visit the office from time to time. We would expect some time to spent in the office during your induction and training period. Due to the remote location of our office, own transport is essential.
Guide to Qualifications and Experience:
Customer Service Skills, Excellent Telephone Manor, Excellent IT Systems and Computing Skills, Good Communicator, Organisational Skills and be familiar with the UK Geographically. Previous metering experience or knowledge will be very beneficial for this role.
Previous experience of Salesforce or court processes may also be an advantage.
Salary and Employment
- Basic salary starting at £20,995 depending on experience and qualifications
- Some Overtime will be required outside of normal working hours, paid at x1.5
